Mr. Chen Liangliang serves as General Manager of Oyang-Wenhong, bringing over two decades of deep industry expertise and executive leadership in the global printing and packaging machinery sector. Prior to joining the leadership team, Mr.Chen served as General Manager of HPM. During his tenure, his sharp international market insights, operational excellence, and forward-thinking expansion strategies drove major performance breakthroughs, successfully doubling the company’s business revenue and demonstrating exceptional corporate stewardship and strategic execution.

In his role as General Manager, Mr.Chen oversees Oyang-Wenhong’s global strategic planning, overall operations, and technological innovation. Guided by the corporate philosophy of “Industry is keeping change because of us,” he spearheaded the establishment of a rigorous quality control system and a highly responsive supply chain, maximizing machinery stability and achieving micron-level processing precision. 2001

Manufactured the first fully automatic flute laminator.
2002

Manufactured the first fully automatic die-cutting machine; established the Southeast Asia Sales Center in Malaysia.
2004

Developed the first fully automatic high-speed die-cutter with stripping; established an agency sales company in Indonesia.
2005

Developed the first fully automatic foil stamping & die-cutting machine.
2007

Developed the first fully automatic embossing & die-cutting machine; established an agency sales company in South America.
2011

Accredited as a National High-Tech Enterprise; developed the first high-speed double-sheet folder gluer and continuous-feeder die-cutter; established Wenhong Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to expand business in the Yangtze River Delta region.
2015

Launched the fully automatic sheet turner and secured a patent for a non-stop automatic sheet turner.
2016

May: Jiangsu Wenhong Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. officially went into production. June: Exhibited fully automatic paper bag making machines at drupa in Germany.
2017

May: Developed China's first largest-format (2,100 mm) fully automatic high-speed flute laminator and delivered it to the customer; granted an invention patent for "Flute Laminator Registering and Positioning Device".
